Jerry started his real estate career in Wisconsin, but in 1974 the draw of Colorado’s beauty and climate were too much for him to pass up.   After a decade of selling new homes for one of Denver’s largest home builders, he left the builder so he would have the flexibility to help both buyers and sellers.

He has an appreciation for the Denver Metro area and the quality of life it offers, and loves to make those benefits available to clients. Jerry appreciates his clients and understands how the home buying or selling process can be stressful for them.   Over the years, he has developed a trusted network of title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals that he uses to facilitate a smooth and enjoyable transaction. Over the years, Jerry has been active in numerous professional and community organizations, most notably, in the community in which he and his wife of 25 years live.   There Jerry has been elected to two terms to the Ken-Caryl Ranch home owners association, along with serving on other committees. He has also worked with the Jefferson County Jail Ministry and has served as a staff instructor with the Home Ownership Center, which conducted workshops to educate first time home buyers.
